I. Thickened Insulation Method: Add insulation cotton to the roof of the steel structure plant. 3. Install an air cooler on the roof of the steel structure plant: An air cooler cools the air using the principle of water cooling, and a strong exhaust fan sends the cold air to the machines indoors. It can keep the indoor temperature of the steel structure plant at a comfortable temperature of 26-30℃. Its power consumption is equivalent to 1/8 of an air conditioner. The cost is 1/2 of an air conditioner, which is a good method for forced cooling of the plant.
III. Spraying high-efficiency heat-insulating reflective coating: Spray a high-efficiency heat-insulating reflective coating on the roof color steel plate. This product has excellent heat insulation and heat preservation performance. It can reflect 99.5% infrared rays, 92.5% visible light, and has a maximum sound insulation effect of 68%, with an average sound insulation effect of more than 50%. Using this method, construction is convenient, does not damage the original roof, and can prevent roof aging. The maximum temperature difference between the surface temperature of the board material before and after construction can reach 20℃, and the indoor temperature difference can reach 8-10℃.
